ACM's deliverables for the period related to project and cost management in the areas of cost estimating, cost and schedule control, cost analysis, cost and value studies and improvement, and training.
Deliverables for the contract included reports, studies, and progress plans. Specifically, these deliverables were the compilation of the Safety and Environmental Compliance Unit (SECU) End-of-Year Program Review document; updated program management plans communicating the status of disaster recovery efforts for Typhoon PAKA, Northern California & Nevada Floods, Hawaiian storms, and El Niño; monthly tracking and reporting of cost and schedule performance indices at the disaster recovery meetings; reconciling costs associated with the SECU's operations; cost estimates and value studies for Guam's CERAP relocation; the U.S. Department of Interior's related project cost estimates and value studies for facility upgrades at American Samoa Airports; development and delivery of an automated cost reconciliation reporting system in Microsoft® Access; and delivery of project management and planning training including hands-on use of Primavera's SureTrak® 2.0 and Webster 2.5.
