Services included working with program, manufacturing, and center-of-service managers to understand immediate and long term expansion plans to identify excess real estate for disposition. Additionally, the project required collaboration with outside entities to understand how potential changes on the site would affect operations and expansion. Aspects were combined to create a master plan that projected growth of the assembly plant for the next 30 years.
