ACM personnel were responsible for leadership of the Owner’s cost and schedule control. The project control/coordination consisted of two separate incentive based reimbursable contracts and major in-house work with the Owner’s staff. The project controls team was responsible for analysis, consolidation, and presentation of both cost and schedule information from both contractors and the Owner’s systems. This information was prepared monthly to the highest levels of management.
The in-house projects required coordinating manpower, regular communication with field personnel, and scheduling to support major contractors and overall project objectives. The ACM team was responsible for project procedures, assisting procurement, change control and project administration.
