About ACM

ACM is a full service program and project management consulting firm that was incorporated in 1985.  ACM is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and has offices in Irvine, California and Westerville, Ohio.  ACM’s services include project controls, construction cost estimating, program and project management oversight, cost estimating, construction management oversight, planning, scheduling, and training. 

ACM is a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Global Registered Education Provider and is the FIRST Approved Education Provider as certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE). 

Our training courses include Project Management Planning and Scheduling; Cost Estimating; Planning and Scheduling; Project Cost Control; Earned Value Management; Hands-on Project Management Software training; Construction Claims Analysis; and a Construction Delay Analysis Workshop.  ACM’s senior staff regularly write and present papers as well as provide training nationally and internationally.
