ANTHONY J. WERDERITSCH, PE, CCP, CFCC, PMP, FAACE

Mr. Anthony J. Werderitsch is a co-founder and the Executive Vice President of Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM).  He is a registered Professional Engineer, a Certified Cost Professional, a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant, and a Certified Project Management Professional.  Mr. Werderitsch is a Fellow; Honorary Life Member; recipient of the Award of Merit (pays tribute for outstanding service and meritorious accomplishments to the total cost management profession and the public), recipient of the Brian D. Dunfield Educational Service Award (recognizes and honors educational teaching achievements over an extended period of time), and a recipient of the O.T. Zimmerman Founder’s Award (recognizes contributions to the Association); technical report reviewer; member of many task forces; past-peer reviewer; and past certification chairman for AACE International, the Authority for Total Cost ManagementTM.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and a former member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Arbitrators.  Mr. Werderitsch has co‑authored ACM's Project Management Planning & Scheduling, Planning & Scheduling, Fundamentals of Cost Estimating, Project Cost Controls, and Construction Claims:  Contract Changes, Contract Delays, and Claim Awareness training seminars, and has written and presented many papers to professional societies and industry associations on Total Cost Management (TCM) topics.

Mr. Werderitsch has over 40 years of experience in major engineering and construction projects.  He has trained thousands of corporate, government, institutional, and associations’ representatives in venues ranging from public settings, association meetings and sponsored training, to corporate, institutional, and government offices.

 

 

 

JAMES E. KREBS, PE, CCP, PMP, FAACE

Mr. Krebs is an Owner and the Senior Vice President of Administrative Controls Management, Inc., (ACM).  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan, a Certified Cost Professional, and a Certified Project Management Professional with over 28 years of project management, project controls, and construction experience including scheduling, planning, estimating, cost control, claims analysis, field supervision, and administrative services.  Mr. Krebs is a Fellow, is serving as the Vice President of Administration for AACE International, the Authority for Total Cost ManagementTM, and has also in the past served as a section president, vice president, and regional director.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Michigan and his experience includes refinery, heavy construction, nuclear, industrial, automotive, and light manufacturing.  Mr. Krebs has been involved in the development of many of ACM’s training classes as well as publications including The What, Why, and How of Project Controls; Fundamentals of Cost Estimating; SureTrak Hands-On Training; Planning & Scheduling: Fundamentals and Advanced Applications; Project Management Planning & Scheduling; Project Controls Within a Partnering Agreement; Effective Resource Management in an Engineering Environment; and Claim Avoidance: a Project Management Primer.

 

In addition to providing training in all of ACM’s established training courses, Mr. Krebs has worked with clients to develop customized, focused training to address very specific client concerns; included industry specific examples and terminology, all while adjusting the training to fit into a client’s demanding calendar.  Each of the customized courses have received outstanding feedback from the attendees.

 

 

 

ANTHONY M. WOODRICH, CCP, PMP

Mr. Woodrich is an Owner and Vice President of Administrative Controls Management, Inc. (ACM).  He has over 26 years of experience in project management, contract management/administration, total cost management applications, planning, scheduling, estimating, training, and project controls applications.  Mr. Woodrich received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Bentley University.  He has extensive experience in conducting training seminars publicly as well as by client request. While supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation, he obtained Facility Instructor Certification to train the Western Pacific Region in Total Cost Management.  Mr. Woodrich has trained nuclear plant employees, The Department of the Air Force Civil Engineering SPO, sterile pharmaceutical and manufacturing capital project staff in the hands-on use of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and project management tools.  He has presented nationally at the Project Management Institute's (PMI®) annual meeting, the American Power Conference, and the Automotive Industry Action Group.

 

Mr. Woodrich is registered as a Certified Cost Professional and a Certified Project Management Professional.  His experience includes work in the construction, electric utility, manufacturing, automotive, transportation, defense, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries.  Mr. Woodrich's experience also includes shutdown/outage management, project management, program development, and systems integration.  He has extensive experience with computerized project and information management systems.  In addition to providing training in all of ACM’s established training courses, Mr. Woodrich has worked with clients to develop customized, focused training to address very specific client concerns; included industry specific examples and terminology, all while adjusting the training to fit into a client’s calendar.  Each of the customized courses have received outstanding feedback from the attendees. Mr. Woodrich is President of the Microsoft Project User's Group – Detroit Chapter and is currently Chairman of the Utilities and Energy Special Interest Group for AACE International, the Authority for Total Cost ManagementTM
