This one-day course is all-inclusive ‘out-of-the-box’ from starting to finishing; establishing, updating, and statusing a CPM resource-loaded construction schedule. This course is for Owners, Project Managers, Construction Contractors, and Architects/Engineers and more! During the seminar participants will receive hands-on Microsoft® Project computer instruction. The instruction will provide techniques while participants work through a construction-related sample. Attendees must have Microsoft® Project loaded onto their laptop prior to arrival at the training seminar.
Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook prepared by ACM.
