Lunch & Learn Webinar — MS Project (all versions) is an excellent tool for tracking tasks and managing their completion. What makes CPM Scheduling so unique and effective is that the critical path method uses ‘Float’ (MS Project term is ‘Slack’) to assist with prioritization of work. MS Project’s out of the box settings do not schedule tasks using the critical path method. This seminar will show attendees what needs to be accomplished to have MS Project truly schedule the work using the critical path method. If you use MS Project directly, or are the recipient of its reports, you should attend this lunch and learn to acquire information on how to change the out of the box settings to convert Project from a task tracking tool to Critical Path Method Scheduling tool.
