Lunch & Learn Webinar — A good project schedule is not just posted on the wall and left there. It becomes a living document, updated to reflect the progress in the actual work. This lunch and learn addresses the why, how, when, and what of proper project status updates. It will also address a best practice process that ACM has used since the beginning of scheduling assignments, that the project plan is transformed into a schedule, used to gauge how well the project is progressing. Status and progress provide the manager with knowledge to perform proactively.
