When scheduling tasks and refining logical restraints, it is beneficial to the project team to add resources to the tasks. This seminar delineates the reasons for applying resources to a schedule, and illustrates the workload based on early, leveled, and late starts to the work. An analysis is shown illustrating how scheduling algorithms (Oracle® Primavera P6, Microsoft® Project) analyze workload for resources over a specific schedule unit and reschedule tasks with the most float/slack to a later date.
