Ken Frazee
Advisory Board Member

Ken is currently a Partner at McGraw Morris Masud PC, and spent five years as Senior Counsel conducting investigations and litigation for the State Bar of Michigan under the Michigan Supreme Court at the Attorney Grievance Commission. For 27 years Ken was an assistant prosecuting attorney working many of those years as a major crimes prosecutor for Oakland County Prosecutors Office handling complex litigation on homicide, arson, violent crimes, and white-collar criminal matters before concluding his service as Circuit Court Division Chief. Successfully handling hundreds of trials in his career, Ken also served as a faculty member at National District Attorney’s Association, and was an annual visiting instructor at the Oakland Police Academy for 21 years in addition to presenting to the International Association of Arson Investigators and Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan. He has been awarded special recognition by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for his outstanding record in prosecution and further recognition for his service from local agencies. Part of the foundation for Ken’s legal career was serving as a Circuit Court Clerk for several years after graduating from Michigan State University, all while attending law school in the evenings. Ken has enjoyed working with countless members of the bench and bar in addition to state, federal, and private individuals on legal matters. Additionally, he serves on a Board of Directors for a conservation organization in Northern Michigan.

 

Jim Krebs, PE, CCP, PMP, FAACE

Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan; a Certified Cost Professional; a Certified Project Management Professional; and a Fellow of AACE International, Inc.  Now retired, he is a past Co-Owner and President of ACM possessing 40 years of project management, project controls, and construction experience including planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, claims analysis, field supervision, and administrative services.  Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Michigan with experience in the automotive, heavy construction, nuclear power, light manufacturing, industrial, and refinery industries. Jim has performed analysis and consulting services for claim disputes and resolutions, written a project controls procedures, prepared data for a utility rate case, and developed applications for a major manufacturer to supplement its efforts in project cost collection and analysis.

 

Greg Rosenmerkel
Advisory Board Member

Greg has over 30 years of leadership experience earned through his career as a United States Air Force officer and civil engineer leading teams of up to 1,000 through challenging environments, as well as an engineering staff officer leading people managing public lands in the United States Forest Service. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Masters’ degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Masters’ degree in Management from Colorado Christian University, and a Masters’ degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College. His perspective comes from many years of making tough strategic decisions while balancing multiple priorities, leveraging limited resources, and keeping people first while accomplishing important missions without fail.

 

John Vine
Advisory Board Member

John is an experienced construction professional with over 40 years of experience in power generation (gas combined cycle, combined heat and power, wind, solar, coal, nuclear, refuse derived fuel (RDF), wood waste), as well as industrial facility design and construction. John has proven abilities and skills in leadership and management of people, projects, and processes having managed and coordinated building trades and subcontractors, interfacing with contractors on large projects, and coordinating with joint venture executives. He has developed contract strategies for complex projects; and performed contract management, scheduling, equipment utilization, estimating, project cost control, on-site personnel coordination, engineering management and all other aspects of project execution. John has held executive-level management positions in national construction and engineering firms as well as board level positions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and was previously registered as a professional engineer in the states of Michigan and Illinois.

 

Patricia A. Werderitsch
Advisory Board Member

Pat is a Co-Founder and Senior Advisor (past President) of ACM with over five decades of corporate management experience with responsibilities that include oversight of the corporation, finances, personnel, risk management, and acquisitions. She envisioned the development of ACM to provide beneficial cost and CPM schedule solutions for clients’ projects. Over the past four decades, ACM has built upon Pat’s ethical standards in responding to clients’ needs with the majority of new business results from referrals through her direction and efforts.
