WINTER/SPRING 2026 – IN-PERSON (May 7; 8:30am – 12:30pm)
This half-day course covers the project risk management process. The importance of risk management as well as concepts and terminology will be explained. The process of risk identification of both opportunities and threats will be discussed as well as the development of the risk response plan. The project risk register will be used to document all risk information as well as perform the qualitative and quantitative analysis using the expected value methodology to produce a risk based contingency value for the project. Once the risk register has been fully developed, the process of monitoring, controlling, and reporting risk will be presented.
Each participant receives a comprehensive workbook prepared by ACM.
